DAY 20


Breakfast: 8:00am – pumpkin pie (6 oz pumpkin, 1 c amaranth, 2 eggs, 1 c 2% milk, 2 t pumpkin pie spice, 20 drops liquid sweetener

Lunch: 1:30pm – White Bean Turkey Chili (4 oz ground turkey, 1 c. cannelini beans, 1/2 c sautéed onions/celery/portobellos, 1/2 c chicken broth, 1 T cumin), 1-1/2 c steamed broccoli

Dinner: 7:00pm – 4 oz clean turkey kielbasa, 1 c brown rice, 2 c steamed brussels sprouts, 1 T clean mustard 

Metabolic: 10:00pm – 1 c low-fat plain yogurt, 6 oz mandarin orange
