Breakfast: Blueberry muffins (recipe)
Lunch: 3 oz clean turkey kielbasa, 1 oz leftover broiled salmon, 1 c brussels sprouts, 1 c steamed, pureed cauliflower “mashed potatoes,” 1 c brown rice
Dinner: DFM 4 oz baked chicken, 1 c brown rice, 1 c steamed broccoli, 1 c sautéed turnip greens with onions
Metabolic: 1 c plain, low fat yogurt, 6 oz fresh blackberries
1 hour painting and cleaning
1 hour disc golf (yay!) 65 degrees and sunny; beautiful day finally. After 2 weeks of rain and not playing, I’ve still got it. Shot 1 under par!
