FOOD LOG

Breakfast: KS Pumpkin Pie (recipe)

Lunch: 4 oz DFM Curried Chicken Salad, 1 c DFM Beans & Barley with tomatoes and spinach, 2 c Zucchini Soup (recipe)

Dinner: KS Onion Stix (new recipe!), 1-1/2 c Swedish Cucumbers (recipe)

Metabolic: Piña Colada Smoothie (recipe)

Dinner and metabolic travelled beautifully to an out of town concert, followed by a late date at the Korean Spa, Jeju.
