DAY 45


Breakfast: 8am – 2 oz homemade chicken sausage with Rosario’s seasoning, 1 egg over easy, 2 slices Ezekiel Bread, 1 t butter, 1 c low-fat yogurt, 4 oz fresh strawberries, 2 oz crushed pineapple, 20 drops liquid stevia

Lunch: 2pm – 4 oz baked turkey, 1 c refried pinto beans, 1 t Frank’s Hot Sauce, 1 c Swedish Cucumbers w/1 t mayo, 1 c Grain Free Tabouli w/1 t EVOO

Dinner: 7pm – ate out at Chow Baby: 4 oz stir fried chicken, 1 c brown rice, 1/2 c peas, 1-1/2 c mung beans/napa cabbage, 3 T peanut sauce

Metabolic: None
