DAY 46


Breakfast:  8am  – KS Apple Cinnamon Muffin Tops

Lunch:  1pm  – 4 oz broiled salmon w/Seafood Magic, 1 c quinoa, 2 c sautéed/steamed Brussels sprouts with 2 T lime juice

Dinner:  6pm  – Honey Mustard Chicken Salad (4 oz baked, shredded chicken, 1 T mayo/1 T yogurt/1 T mustard/5 drops liquid stevia), 2 c shredded lettuce/chopped celery, 1 c white beans

Metabolic:  9pm  – Smoothie:  1 c plain, low-fat, unsweetened kefir, 4 oz frozen raspberries, 2 oz crushed pineapple, 20 drops liquid stevia

Planning to sleep at:  11pm 


30 mins slow walk with little dogs, in bare feet, for some Earthing and inadvertent foot reflexology 😉


Gratitude List

Listened to a free Speedwealth webinar by T. Harv Eker (author of Secrets of the Millionaire Mind book and creator of the Millionaire Mind Intensive seminar).  He talked about capitalizing on trends, business practices that are duplicatible, and resetting your inner wealth  and success “blueprint.”  Good to be reminded of the business principles, to hear new ideas and ask hard questions of myself about my willingness to “work smarter.” 

I want to see what my inner wealth and success blueprint is (already have plenty of evidence that it’s not very high) and reprogram it!
