FOOD LOG

Meal #1:  9:30am  –  Brown Rice Pudding (new recipe!), 4 oz clementines

Meal #2:  1pm  –  12 oz green juice, 1 oz almonds

Meal #3:  3:30pm   – 4 oz sautéed cod, 1/2 c quinoa, 2 c Grain Free Tabouli

Meal #4:  8pm  –  Tofu Peanut Rice Vegetables (new recipe!)
