Meal #2: 11:30am – 1 oz sounds, 8 oz green juice

Meal #3: 3pm – 1/2 c soba buckwheat noodles, 2 c Tabouli,

Meal #4:Wendy’s 2 patties, baked baked potato, salad 1 T NO

Meal #5:Piña Colada Smoothie
