Meal#4: 8pm – cherry smoothie with 1/2 c kefir and 18 g whey protein powder

I have to admit that finishing the old job’s 2 week notice while working the new job and the three other jobs is cutting into my inner work. I’m looking forward to ending to old yuck job on 3/20.
