DAY 82


Meal #1: 8:15am – KS Blueberry Muffin Tops

Meal #2: 1:30pm – 1 c refried pinto beans, 2 oz cheddar cheese, salad of 3 c mixed baby greens, sliced beets, 1/3 c alfalfa sprouts and 2 T pecan pieces, 1 T NO

Meal #3:  2 QuikTrip cheese taquitos, 32 oz QT unsweetened green tea (papaya and melon flavor)

Meal #4:  7:30 – 1 c Blender Salad, 1/2 c baby carrots

Meal #5:  9:30pm  –  Titan Protein bar (maltitol sweetened)



30 mins Planet Fitness Express Workout (10 stations of weights, alternating with 10 stations of cardio)

10 mins abs



Read a couple of chapters in 90 Minutes in Heaven, by Don Piper

Read OA’s For Today (daily inspirational thoughts)

ho hum.  not particularly inspiring.

Called an RFA member, left a message hoping she was feeling better (more inspiring)
