FOOD LOG

Meal #1: 8:30am – 1 egg over easy, 2 oz homemade chicken sausage patty, 2 slices Ezekiel toast, 1 T butter, 1 c soymilk, 4 oz frozen cherries, 1 t almond extract, 20 drops stevia, 10 oz green juice

Meal #2: 2:30 – 2 c mixed baby greens, cucumber, carrot, sprouts, 3 T avocado, 1 T NO; 2 Amy’s frozen Vegetable Enchiladas; Think Thin sugar free protein bar

Meal #3: 6:30pm – 1 medium french fries, 1 oz mozzarella cheese

Meal#4: 9:30pm – 2 c Blender Salad, 1 c brown rice, 3 oz broiled salmon
