DAY 87


Meal #1: 8:30am – 1 slice Ezekiel toast 1 T almond butter, Cherry Smoothie:  1 c low-fat, plain kefir, 4 oz frozen cherries, 1 t almond extract, 20 drops stevia, 9 g protein powder

Meal #2: 12pm – 16 oz green juice, 2 oz walnuts

Meal #3: 3:45pm – 4 oz DFM rotisserie chicken, 1 c brown rice, 2 c steamed broccoli

Meal#4:  9:15pm  –  2 c salad, 2 T KS Honey Mustard Dressing, White Bean Turkey Chili with 1 c beans, 4 oz ground turkey and 1/2 c celery, onions



45 mins fast walk

30 mins fast barefoot walk/run

Feeling a bit more steady today with my program.

This is MY success formula for saying goodbye to a relapse:

  • unlimited abstinent food for a week
  • daily moderate exercise
  • extra sleep
  • plenty of water
  • green juice
  • plenty of vitamins
