DAY 88


Meal #1:  9:15am  –  Muffin Tops with 6 oz Apple and 2 T Peanut Butter

Meal #2:  2:30pm  –  4 oz grilled turkey patty, 1 T basil spread, 2 slices Ezekiel bread, 2 c sauteed onions and Brussels Sprouts

Meal #3:  4:30pm  –  1 c decaf coffee, 2 T Half and Half, 6 drops stevia, 1 T peanut butter, 3 squares Choco Perfection  (xylitol sweetened)

Meal#4:  9:15pm  – 3/4 c refried beans, 1 oz part skim mozzarella, 1 serving tortilla chips, 2 c salad of romaine, mixed baby greens, baby carrots, 2 T avocado, 2 T green salsa
