DAY 89


Meal #1:   8:30am  –  Blueberry Muffin Tops

Meal #2:  1:30pm  –  4 oz rotisserie chicken (yes, I got 7 servings out of that chicken, so it’s only half done!), 1 c mashed cauliflower, 1 c sauteed onions and Brussels sprouts, 1 c brown rice

Meal #3:  4pm  –  1 Adkins bar

Meal#4:  8pm  –  4 oz turkey patty, 2 slices Ezekiel garlic toast, 2 packets ketchup, 1 c Blender Salad, 2 c french fries
